The FLO Forum, an association of wireless industry
leaders focused on the open and global standardization
of FLO Technology, announced the successful
completion of a joint workshop with the Broadcast
Mobile Convergence Forum (bmcoforum) in Berlin
last week. The workshop, conducted at the bmcoforum

standardization globally and in Europe, and regulatory
and spectrum issues common to all mobile broadcasting
technologies were also covered. A detailed technical
