Governance
of FLO Forum
The forum is governed by a Board of Directors which
sets all FLO Forum policy. The Board of Directors
is composed of FLO Forum Members who have already
contributed and/or indicate the intention to contribute
to the success of FLO in the global marketplace.
Activities of the Board of Directors:
- Coordinate FLO Forum activities and assure proper administration of the FLO Forum per the FLO Forum policies
- Establish rules and procedures
- Appoint Chairpersons to Subordinate Committees
- Define FLO Forum work items
- Set FLO Forum priorities and objectives
